Athelstan Players has a written constitution and a Management Committee that meets monthly. Committee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting and serve a two-year term of office. The Committee comprises:

As well as the AGM, the group comes together at least once more every year in a planning meeting. Ideas for future productions are discussed and, if appropriate, put to a vote. Members are encouraged to come forward with ideas for plays, pantos and revues. The meeting gives every member the opportunity to feel a part of the decision making process.
